Solar system motor introduction
The solar system motor is also named the solar tracker system controlling motor, it is used for solar power generation devices by rotating the solar panel which tracks the sun moving. The solar system motor is running at a very low speed, mostly 15 rpm, because the gear head ratio of the planetary gearbox can be very large to achieve quite a low speed.
The motor can be operated in bad weather conditions and is suitable for small and medium automatic solar tracking systems.

What is a gear motor?
Simply put, a gear motor is an electric motor coupled with a gear head. Gear motors use either AC (Alternating Current) or DC (Direct Current) power. In most cases, the addition of a gearbox is intended to limit the motor speed, and increase the output torque. Gears actually transform shaft speed into torque at specific ratios, with minimum efficiency losses, making it possible to create the ideal torque output and speed by adding the appropriately sized and configured gearbox.
